Yes. Atworth is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and provides Private Placement services nationwide for estate managers, house managers, and other long-term household roles.
Our Flex Support and Nanny Connect services are available to households in Middle Tennessee.
Service availability varies by model, and each engagement is thoughtfully evaluated to ensure the highest level of compliance, structure, and personalized support.
Atworth offers three service options based on your needs: Private Placement, Flex Support, and Nanny Connect. Nanny Connect is a flat fee, while Private Placement and Flex Support are custom quoted based on role complexity and level of support. We walk you through options during your consultation.
We stand behind the quality of our placements. If a placement does not work out within the first 3–6 months (depending on the role and service selected), Atworth will support a replacement search in accordance with the terms of your agreement. Our focus is on long-term alignment, clear expectations, and a smooth transition to ensure lasting success for both families and candidates.
Yes. Each service model includes a structured onboarding deposit.
For Private Placement, a $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the search. This deposit is applied toward the final placement fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary.
For Atworth Flex, a $500 onboarding deposit is required to begin placement and scheduling.
For Nanny Connect, the $3,500 flat placement fee is due at the start of the search.
This structure allows us to dedicate the time, resources, and attention required to deliver a focused and personalized placement process.
We typically present 4–6 highly qualified candidates. We prioritize quality over quantity, carefully vetting each candidate before introducing them to you.
An estate manager provides higher-level oversight across multiple properties, staff, and operations, while a house manager typically focuses on the day-to-day running of a single household. We help determine the right role based on your needs.
Employment structure depends on the service selected.
With Private Placement, the staff member is your employee. You manage payroll and taxes, and we provide guidance.
With Flex Support, staff are W-2 employees of Atworth. We manage payroll, taxes, and compliance.
With Nanny Connect, families hire and employ the candidate directly.
We guide you through the best structure for your needs.
Payroll responsibilities vary by service.
For Private Placement and Nanny Connect, you are the employer and responsible for payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and other employment obligations. We can recommend trusted household payroll providers who specialize in domestic employment and guide you on best practices.
For Atworth Flex, team members are W-2 employees of Atworth. We manage payroll, taxes, and benefits on your behalf, providing a fully managed solution.
Our support continues after placement. We remain available for check-ins, transitions, and guidance to ensure long-term success.
We source candidates through referrals, industry networks, and our established reputation. Additionally, we maintain relationships with experienced professionals who trust us to connect them with the right households.
Our candidates are either US citizens or have legal authorization to work in the United States. We verify work eligibility for all candidates.
