Overview

Atworth delivers a high-touch and personalized staffing experience. Because our work begins immediately through sourcing, vetting, coordination, and administrative support, our refund structure reflects the time, expertise, and resources invested in each client engagement. This policy explains how fees and service adjustments are handled across our offerings.

Private Placement Fees

Private Placement fees are non-refundable once candidate sourcing or vetting has begun. Any replacement guarantee or additional support will be detailed in the agreement specific to your placement.

Managed Household Staffing and Atworth Flex

Managed Household Staffing and Atworth Flex operate on a recurring billing model. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Clients may request adjustments or pauses to future billing periods. All changes must follow the procedures outlined in the signed agreement to ensure a smooth transition.

Atworth Connect Flat-Fee Structure

The Atworth Nanny Connect fee is non-refundable once candidate options have been delivered.

If no candidates are presented, the fee may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Approval is at Atworth’s discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Service Changes or Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel or transition between services. All changes must follow the terms in the signed agreement to ensure proper documentation, communication, and closure of active work.

Atworth will provide support and clarity throughout the process.
