Position-Specific Requirements

Beyond our baseline vetting, each position has specific requirements that candidates must meet.

Estate Manager

  • Minimum 3–4 years experience managing large homes or private estates
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff leadership, property oversight, and operational planning
  • Strong understanding of estate systems, long-term maintenance, and vendor contracts

House Manager

  • Minimum 3+ years experience specifically as a House Manager in a private residence
  • Proven ability to oversee household staff, schedules, and daily operations
  • Experience managing vendors, household systems, and basic budgeting

Nanny

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional childcare experience, depending on role scope and age group
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep / SIDS certification (infant & child, as applicable)
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and provide verifiable references

Housekeeper

  • Minimum 1+ year professional housekeeping experience
  • Strong familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and proper care techniques
  • Willingness to be trained further to meet household-specific standards

Family Assistant

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a family assistant or household support role
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support both personal and household needs

Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience providing personal or executive-level support
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel, and modern tech platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information

Private Chef

  • Minimum 2+ years professional experience as a private or professional chef
  • Culinary school required and current ServSafe certification
  • Demonstrated expertise managing multiple dietary restrictions and preferences

Driver

  • Minimum 2–3 years professional driving experience
  • Security or protective services background preferred with strong situational awareness
  • Ability to pass in-depth background checks; drug and alcohol testing may be required depending on role

Private Tutor

  • Minimum 2–3 years tutoring or teaching experience
  • College degree required with strong teaching credentials
  • Ability to adapt instruction to individual learning styles and academic goals

Farm Hand

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience working on farms, estates, or agricultural properties
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, animal care, and land management
  • Experience with equipment operation and willingness to continue education

Temporary Staff

  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience in household, service, or support roles
  • Required role-specific certifications (CPR, First Aid, food handling, etc.), depending on assignment
  • Ability to pass background screening and demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and readiness for short-term placements
